LIMERICK- Michael S. Gochie, AKA, "Gouch" passed away Feb. 7, 2024, at his home.
Mike was born Dec. 12, 1960 in Saco, Maine to Esther and James Gochie.
He lived his entire life on E. Range Rd, Mike attended Massabesic High School, was a boy scout
and attended Sunday school. He volunteered for the Limerick Fire Dept. He also took up Sand Drag
Racing at the Ossipee Valley Fair Grounds in Hiram, which he loved.
He was an automobile mechanic his whole life, working at several garages, then opening his own
garage (Gouch's Garage), for 21 years.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by an infant brother and nephew.
Lovingly survived by a brother, Jimmy, sister; Joyce Mains (Donny); a daughter, Carrie-Beth, stepdaughter;
Chloe and stepsons; Thomas and William, also, Aunt Dottie in California, and many nieces, nephews,
stepchildren, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held in late Spring on the track.
