Nancy E. (Page) Sieminski, 84, of Westport, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024.
Nancy was born in Acushnet, MA, daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (Taylor) Page, and graduated from Fairhaven High School in 1957. She married Walter K. Sieminski on November 12, 1960. They recently celebrated their 63rd anniversary. Nancy also lived in Fairhaven, MA; Seward, AK; Renton, WA; and Potsdam, NY. The places she lived were the backdrops of many fishing and farming adventures that she loved to share stories about.
Nancy was an avid reader and enjoyed drawing. She is remembered for her bright smile, loving nature, extraordinary kindness and friendly personality. Above all, she was a devoted, loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors along with husband include her children Sandi Ponte and her husband Michael of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Kathi Sieminski and her wife Sharon Robinson of Westport, Randy Sieminski and his wife Mary Beth of Canton, NY, her two sisters Kathleen Carbone and Patricia Almeida, both of Fairhaven and three grandchildren Tanner, Sarah and Sam as well as many loved cousins, nieces and nephews. Her life revolved around her family, including her aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends and family are invited to visitation and funeral services on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport, MA 02790 from 5-7 PM. Prayers and a brief eulogy will begin just after 6:30 P.M. Interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bristol (MA) Hospice, 1 Father Devalles Blvd - Ste 309, Fall River, MA 02723 or to Westport (MA) Fire Dept., 54 Hix Bridge Road, Westport, MA 02790. Or, simply honor Nancy with an act of kindness.
