Oscar Edenfield, 74, of Tifton passed away Friday, May 21, 2004, at his residence. His funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 23, 2004, at Carpenter Road Church of God in Tifton with the Rev. Ronnie Luke officiating. Mr. Edenfield was laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens.
Bo Edenfield, Steve Edenfield, Bobby Billings, B. J. Billings, Mark Garrick, Donald Smith Jr., and Jackie Edenfield served as pallbearers.
Born April 2, 1930, in Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. Edenfield was the son of the late Oscar Edward Edenfield and
Emma Woodard Edenfield. He retired from the Agrirama; and he attended Carpenter Road Church of God in Tifton.
Mr. Edenfield is survived by his wife, Sivienell Smith Edenfield of Tifton; one son, Darrell Edenfield of Tifton; one sister, Francis Allen of Ohio; and one grandchild.
