William (Bill) Patrick Thomas of Quincy passed away peacefully on February 3, 2024. Born on March 15, 1966, Bill was the son of the late David Thomas and Alice (Henchey) Nimerskern-Thomas.
Bill was a committed and loving father who left a lasting impression on friends and family. He is survived by his children William Coleman-Thomas of Bridgewater and Jessica Coleman-Thomas of Weymouth, their mother Brenda Barry of Bridgewater and bonus children Nicole Cabral of South Carolina, Ashley Coleman of Bridgewater and Wayne Timcoe of Rockland.
Bill is also survived by his siblings, Ann King and James Nimerskern both of Vermont, and Debra King of Quincy. He was preceded in death by brothers Peter, George and Paul. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In his free time, Bill had a wide variety of hobbies. One of his favorite things to do was ride his motorcycle. He was especially passionate about being involved in charity rides such as Toys for Tots and the Joanna Mullin ride. He also liked building model cars, playing darts and a lifelong passion of his was working on cars. You would often find him watching reruns of the same few shows or movies (he loved watching anything about ghosts or the paranormal). Lastly, he enjoyed spending time with his dog, Precious, who was his best friend of many years.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
