Obituary

Paul E. Hucksam, AKA "Huck" 68, of Whitman Massachusetts passed away on January 30th at home with his wife, son, and daughter by his side after battling pulmonary fibrosis.

Born in Boston Massachusetts in 1955, first son to Harold Hucksam and Ann (MacIsaac) Hucksam.

He graduated from Holbrook High in 1974 and eventually spent 30 plus years working as a Construction site supervisor for Metric Construction. In his early years he enjoyed spending time down the cape, boating and fishing.

In his later years he loved spending his time “Dubbing” around his house he built in Maine, driving his corvette and riding his harley with Billy. He thoroughly enjoyed sleepovers with is granddaughters and telling jokes.

He was the husband to Karen (Malm) Hucksam for 48 years. He leaves behind two children Heidi (Hucksam) Taylor of Bridgewater and Paul Hucksam of Hanson along with his siblings Katrina (Hucksam) Patton, Lisa Hucksam Eric Hucksam and the late Roberta (Hucksam) Palingo along with nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 2:00-5:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. A funeral service will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the funeral chapel, followed by a burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, 321 High Street, Canton.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis foundation.
