Carolyn M. Brown, 69, of Londonderry, NH died Monday January 29, 2024 at her home following a lengthy illness. Carolyn was born in Winchendon, MA on April 20, 1954, a daughter of the late Laurence and Emma Peggy (Thompson) Towle. She had resided in Londonderry since 1984.
She enjoyed bird watching, spending time on the porch in the summer with her grandchildren and loved her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Scout like he was one of her own.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Brown of Londonderry, one son, Jesse Stahley and his wife Candy of Windsor, NH, one daughter, Rachael Sinclair and her husband Tom of Boscawen, NH, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one brother, Vernon Towle of Ballground, GA. She was predeceased by one brother, Clark Towle.
A calling hour will be held on Friday February 2, 2024 from 9 – 10am at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A funeral service will follow at 10:00am in the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be held on Friday at 1:00pm at the NH State Veteran’s Cemetery, Route 3, Boscawen, NH. Donations in her memory may be made to the NH Humane Society.
