Eleana Maria Diaz (72) of Avon died January 27th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton. She was the loving wife of Vicente Diaz of Avon.
She was born in Arequipa, Peru daughter of the late Jose Luis Pastor and Nora (Postigo) De Pastor. Eleana loved cooking, knitting, reading, traveling and socializing with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband Vicente she is survived by her son Alvaro Diaz of Quincy, her daughter Cynthia Diaz of Avon, 4 brothers, Cesar Pastor, Fernando Pastor, Jose Luis Pastor and Roger Pastor all of Peru, her sister Martha Pastor of Peru and 4 grandchildren, Timothy, Caroline, Elliana and Nicholas.
Following Cremation, Services will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Wednesday January 31st from 6-9 pm.
