WEBSTER – Frances C. “Fran” (Carusone) Kittridge, 78, died Saturday, January 20, 2024 in Accordus Health, Brevard, NC after an illness.
She leaves a son, Charles Wish and his life partner Michelle of Whitinsville; 3 grandchildren, Priscilla A. Pitchman and Skyelar Vogel, both of Zirconia, NC, and Hunter R. O’Neill and his partner Brenda Judson, formerly of Webster; 2 great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Langston; a brother, Leo Carusone of New York; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Elizabeth Wish and by her brother Anthony Carusone.
She was born on October 2, 1945 in Norwalk, CT, the daughter of Patrick and Aurora (Servidio) Carusone. She lived in various locations before moving to Webster in 2001. She resided with her granddaughter in North Carolina for the last year.
Fran owned and operated Safety Matters as a consultant before she retired.
She was a communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and served on the parish council for many years. She enjoyed crafts, especially painting and sewing. She loved her family, most especially her great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held at noon on Saturday, February 3, in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be in Saint Denis Cemetery, East Douglas. A time of visitation will be held starting at 11:30 in the church, prior to the Mass. After, a reception will be held at the Emmaus Center, 17 East Main Street. Donations in her name may be made to Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 18 East Main Street, Webster MA 01570.
