LIMINGTON- Hazen Roy Spearin, passed away on Jan. 13, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by those who loved him. His beloved dog Chico was by his side until the end. He was born July 30, 1933, in Calais, Maine to Clarence E. Spearin and Irene M. Polk.
Hazen married Velma Baxter and they had two sons, David and Jeffery Spearin. He moved to Limington in 1972 and set up his property so both his sons and their families could live next to him. Hazen was a hard working man who worked as a mechanic.
Hazen is with his Heavenly Father, where he will be reunited with his youngest son Jeffery, his wife Velma, both his parents, his sister Frances and many more loved ones.
Hazen will be missed by many and is leaving behind his oldest son David Spearin and wife Teresa Spearin, and daughter in law Heidi Spearin, as well as 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a great great granddaughter. He is survived by his youngest brother Donald C. Spearin and family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday Jan. 27th at 11AM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton.
