Evelyn G. Thibeault, 99, of Londonderry, NH died Tuesday July 4, 2006 in the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood, NH. Mrs. Thibeault was born in Tilton, NH on June 14, 1907, a daughter of the late James and Grace (Moorhouse) Hayward. She was a longtime resident of Londonderry. She was co-owner of Hayward and Thibeault Shoe Store in Londonderry and a communicant of St. Jude Parish.
She is survived by two daughters, Ruth Bardsley of Londonderry, Doris Thibeault of Campton, NH, five grandchildren, Gary Bardsley of Sanbornton, NH, Sandra Fisher of Londonderry, Ann-Marie Moreau of Londonderry, Christine Peters of Monroe, CT and Paul Moreau of Martha’s Vineyard, seven great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, George J. Thibeault in 1990.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Saturday July 8th at 10:00am in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Burial followed in Pleasant View Cemetery, Londonderry. Calling hours were Friday from 6 – 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Parish Building Fund, C/O St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH 03053 or to the Derry/Salem Home Health and Hospice, 1E Commons Dr., Unit 31, Londonderry, NH 03053.
