Elimene Derisier - aged 73, a resident of Milton, Massachusetts, formerly of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Roland Romain of Milton, devoted mother of Olrich Derisier of Los Angeles, California, and dear sister of Mores Derisier of Milton and Siya Derisier of Brockton. Elimene is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
In addition to her role as a dedicated wife, mother, and sister, Elimene was committed to her work and church.
A Mass of Christian burial in her honor will take place on Saturday, January 20th, at St. Angela/Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1548 Blue Hill Avenue, MATTAPAN, at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, ROSLINDALE. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Following the cemetery service, a reception will be held at the church.
Visitation for Elimene will be held on Friday, January 19th, at the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Hwy, ROSLINDALE, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
