GILMANTON---Donna A. Fry-Fielders, 63, of Guinea Ridge Road, died Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Concord Hospital in Laconia.
Donna was born October 2, 1960, at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, the daughter of Richard and Margaret (Clark) Fry II. She spent her youth in Salisbury, Massachusetts and graduated from Triton Regional High School. Prior to becoming ill, Donna was a secretary for a law office in Concord, NH. She had many professions throughout her life, including being a machinist and retail store manager.
One to always keep busy, Donna spent time gardening and feeding the wildlife surrounding her beautiful home. She loved to spend time at her family's home on Paugus Bay and visiting Salisbury Beach. She will be remembered by friends and family for her phenomenal cooking ability. She was a terrific golfer and won tournaments in her youth. She had many close friends with whom she stayed in touch with her whole life. Donna had amazing strength, courage, and a feisty spirit.
Donna is survived by her loving husband Roy Fielders of Gilmanton; daughter Kristin O’Donnell and fiancé Evan McCarn of Meredith; her parents Richard and Margaret Fry II of Belmont; and two brothers Steven Fry of Florida and Richard Fry III and wife Laura of Northfield.
Donna is predeceased by her beloved grandparents Howard and Ellison Clark.
There will be no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 10:00 am, at Saint Joseph Parish, 96 Main Street, Belmont, NH 03220.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, from 12:00-3:00pm at the VFW, 143 Court St., Laconia, NH.
