Ramadan Kamberi, 76, of Framingham died Wednesday, January 10th at home surrounded by his loving family. He leaves his wife of 43 years, Evgjeni (Kukureci) Kamberi; a daughter, Laerta Kamberi and her husband, Marin Andoni of Natick; a son, Redi Kamberi and his wife, Kleona of Framingham; two grandchildren, Lucas and Dion; a sister, Nimete Lamcellari of Albania; and two brothers, Agim Kamberi and Dashnor Kamberi. He was predeceased by a sister, Dituri Kamberi and a brother, Kamber Kamberi.
He was born in Albania the son of Osman and Hurma (Kaso) Kamberi and immigrated to the United States in 2022. Ramadan was a professor for many years in Albania teaching Chemistry and Biology. He enjoyed gardening, playing soccer, but most importantly he enjoyed teaching his students.
His calling hours are Thursday, January 11th from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. His funeral and visitation is Friday, January 12th from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home followed by burial in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street, Worcester.
