Eva Rose (Dimassino) McCormack, passed away peacefully, to be reunited in Heaven with her awaiting husband, Douglas, on January 8, 2024, at the age of 95 in Chichester, New Hampshire.
Eva was born on January 7, 1929 in Rochester, New York and was married to Douglas McCormack Sr. for 66 years before his passing in 2017.
Eva was a fun, loving and strong woman who brought joy to all those around her. She will be dearly missed, but living in their hearts, by her nine children and their spouses; Maryrose Lloyd and husband Dan, Douglas McCormack and wife Chris, Dennis McCormack, Michael McCormack and wife Lillian, Joe McCormack and wife Kathy, Eva Davis and husband Ron, Patty Griffin and husband Martin (deceased), Lisa McIntosh and husband Don, and Annie Banks and husband Rick. She is also survived by her adored sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is joining her deceased mother and father; Josephine (Nuccetelli) DiMassino and Emidio Dimassino and her siblings; Ida Cempe and husband Carl, Mary Simpson and husband Earle, and Dominic DiMassino and wife Audrey. May her soul rest in eternal peace and in our hearts forever.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday January 12th at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Interment will be private.
