Enrique R. "Ricky" Colon, 61, of New Bedford died January 1, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Wareham, son of the late Carmen M. (Reyes) Colon and William C. Pagan, he lived in New Bedford most of his life.
He was an avid WWE wrestling, New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed Spanish music.
Survivors include his 2 sons, Jose Luis Colon and Enrique Colon, Jr, both of New Bedford; a daughter, Airyelle Francis Colon of Land O Lakes, FL,; his companion, Mildred Lugo of New Bedford; 5 siblings, Marisol Awad of Cranston, RI, William Colon and his wife Linda, Emelin Perez and her husband Bienvenido "Tito", David Colon and his wife Melissa and Alicia Colon, all of New Bedford; 10 grandchildren, Damian Colon, Narieah Colon, Na'Manhi Colon, Anhais Colon, Zion Pacheco, Annabella Francis Harwood, Sebastian Francis Arroyo and Malikai Francis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 9th from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 10th at 10 AM in the funeral home followed by burial in Rural Cemetery.
