BELMONT ---- Charlene D. Kelly, 72, of Union Road, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
Charlene was born on August 19, 1951, in Franklin, NH the daughter of Donald Tibbetts, Sr., and Bernadine (O’Dougherty) Tibbetts.
Charlene was a wonderful person. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was such a proud nanny always attending her grandchildren’s special events, athletic games and family time. Charlene loved her family and friends and would do anything for them. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, bowling and loved playing card games like Texas Hold’em or cribbage.
Charlene is survived by her son Michael O. Kelly Jr and his wife Robin, grandchildren Ryan Kelly and Tyler Kelly, brothers Doran Tibbetts, Donald Tibbetts, Rudy Tibbetts, and her sister Doris Tremblay, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Charlene is predeceased by her beloved husband Michael O. Kelly, Sr. and her brother Bernie Tibbetts.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 11:00am at Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia, NH.
