Rodney W DiStefano entered the gates of heaven on December 12, 2023
Rodney was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, on January 19, 1951, son of the late Rocco A. DiStefano, and Ruth (Tomaschyk) DiStefano.
He was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury CT, attended Saint Thomas Seminary in Bloomfield CT, and Western State College in Danbury CT. He also attended various classes on meteorology and climatology, his passion.
A warm heart, accompanied with a smile and infectious laugh. He touched the hearts of those around him. A kind caring and gentle person, you will be truly missed.
He is survived by his brother Neil of Watertown CT and several cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff at River Glen Healthcare Facility for their kindness and compassion in his care.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
