Donna Ann Denaro, R.N., a prominent nurse from Medford, MA, passed away at age 74 on Friday, December 22nd, 2023. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Laura Zubricki of Medford, and her beloved grandchildren, Victoria and Matthew Zubricki, also of Medford. Donna was predeceased by her two sons, Thomas and Benjamin Zubricki.
After graduating from nursing school, Donna briefly worked in pediatric oncology before changing her career to geriatric nursing. Donna was the Founder and President of Middlesex Nursing Company Inc. where she provided temporary nursing services to numerous area nursing homes while employing dozens of nurses and CNAs. Donna and her son Thomas were active supporters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Clara Barton Camp where Tom was first a camper and later a counselor.
