James Michael “Mike” McNabb, 74, of Anderson, passed away at his home in Anderson on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
Mike was born on March 14, 1949 in Anderson, the son of Julia Florence (Collins) McNabb and Clyde Henry McNabb. He served in the US Marines and later was employed by Payless
Supermarkets for 35 years, followed by Meadowbrook Golf Course from 2005-2016. He enjoyed golfing, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mike is survived by his wife, Sue (Moore) McNabb; children, James Tyson McNabb (wife Karen), Eric Reyes (wife Jamie), and Rachel Reyes; grandchildren, James Camden “Cam” McNabb, Alina Reyes and Ivy Reyes; sister, Teresa (husband Bill) Shirley; nephews, Sean Shirley and family, Ashton and Saydee, Michael Shirley and family, wife Kimberly, Jaxon, Cade and Colton; in-laws, Dalton and Shirley Moore, Jeff and Lori Moore, John and Ruth Moore, Lisa Moore, Brenda and Bob Burns.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Glenn McNabb.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 AM until the service at 2 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in lieu of flowers.
