Bryan M. Nightlinger, 64, of Dartmouth passed away suddenly on Thursday December 14, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late James L. and Geraldine P. (Andrews) Nightlinger.
Bryan was formerly employed at the Canal Electric Power Plant as a Third Class Operating Engineer until his retirement.
He enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He had also served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie Lauren Bonville and her husband, Andrew Bonville; his grandchildren, Madison, Gianna, and Leigha Nightlinger and their mother Jennifer, and William and Laura Jae Bonville; his fiancée, Mary Ann Kaempf and her family; his brothers, James and his wife Deborah, Larry and his wife Kathy, and Steven and his wife Terri; his brother-in-law, Robert Faria; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; his sons, Jeffrey and Jason Nightlinger; and his sisters, Jane Faria and Barbara Barba and her husband Jack.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 17, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish, 343 Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford, with visitation at church beginning at 9:45 AM prior to the Mass.
