Ronald A. Cornell, 83, of Lakeland, FL passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Pamela (Geigle) Cornell.
Mr. Cornell was born in Fall River, son of the late David and Claire (Donais) Cornell and had resided in the Walpole, Wrentham and Wareham areas for most of his life. Prior to retirement, he was CFO for the former Norwood Hospital. He also owned/operated Shaws Cove Liquors, Fairhaven.
Survivors along with his wife include his daughter: Elizabeth C. Chedid and her husband Wassim of N. Dartmouth; 3 step daughters: Julie Lanier of North Carolina, Donna Drummey of Dartmouth, Kim Polillio; his brother: Gary Cornell of Tiverton; 2 sisters: Diane Newton of N. Eastham and Joanne Perlman of San Francisco, CA; along with many grandchildren.
Memorial visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home from 5-7 P.M.
Interment and service will be private.
