Grover L. Presley, 74, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Saturday, December 23, 2023, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald, Georgia, with the Rev. Dusty Stoey officiating. The family will receive friends following the services at the cemetery.
Mr. Presley was born March 22, 1949, in Talladega County, Alabama, to the late Luther & Velma Carpenter Presley. He worked in accounting and attended Crossview Baptist Church. Mr. Presley was an avid Alabama football fan.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Presley of Fitzgerald and a sister, Celia Robinson & Cliff and several nieces and nephews that he truly loved and considered his own. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Presley and a sister, Brenda Haynes.
