Marie C. (Pesce) Buzzotta, age 94, of Everett passed away on Sunday, December 17th. A lifelong Everett resident, she was the daughter of the late Natale and Nina (Leo) Pesce of Naples, Italy. After graduating from Everett High School, Marie was employed for many years at Star Market, and retired from BJ’s Wholesale Club where she worked as a Returns Manager.
Marie was the devoted mother of Mark Buzzotta and his wife Leslie, Michael Buzzotta, and Michele Buzzotta and her partner John Belschner. She was the loving grandmother of Stephanie, Rachel and Kristan Buzzotta, and Chloe and Ariel Buzzotta. Marie was the dear sister of Lucille (Pesce) Alessio and her husband Robert, and Albert Pesce, and the cherished aunt of Robert Alessio, Jr., and Bruce Alessio and his wife Phyllis.
A memorial service will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Thursday, December 21st, at 5 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family from 4 to 5 PM. Interment will be planned for a later date.
