Rosalind Schwartz (Weinberg) of Chelsea and formerly of Revere passed away on December 15. Beloved wife of the late Harry Schwartz. Devoted mother of Bennett Schwartz & his wife Arleen, Caron Stringi & her husband Frank, and the late Linda Epstein & her husband Rick. Loving daughter of Hyman and Fannie Weinberg. Dear sister of the late Barbara Goldstein & her husband the late Saul, the late Robert Weinberg & his former wife Fran, and sister-in-law of the late Mollie Mandelbaum & her husband the late Jonas. Loving grandmother of Gabriel Schwartz & his wife Jolie, Emily Margolis & her husband Michael, Eric Stringi & his wife Bree, Michael Stringi, David Stringi & his fiancé Christina, Jonathan Stringi & his fiancé Eileen, and Jared Epstein & his wife Erica. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren: Sadie, Sebastian, Jack, Teddy, Ellis and Arthur.
Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., Chelsea, on Monday, December 18 at 11 AM. Interment to follow in Danvers. Contributions in Rosalind’s memory may be made to the Katzman Center for Living, 17 Lafayette Avenue, Chelsea, MA 02150 or the Jack Satter House Tenants Association, 420 Revere Beach Boulevard, Revere, MA 02151. Memorial observance at the home of Caron and Frank Stringi following interment until 4 PM and 6-8 PM and Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
