Margaret "Peggy" L. Giroux, 73, of Worcester died Sunday, December 10th at home. She is survived by her two nieces, Robin Belanger of Redington Shores, FL and Kimberly Williams of Webster and her two nephews, Timothy and Brian McEnnis of Port St. Lucie, FL. She also leaves several grand-nephews and grand-nieces. Peggy was predeceased by her two sisters, Carolyn McCrohon and Betty McEnnis; her niece, Lynn LaRue and her nephew, Michael McCrohon
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Healy) Giroux. Peggy was a graduate of South High School. She had been an office worker for Thom McAn for 29 years and later as a sales clerk for TJ Maxx for 15 years. She had been a long time member of Christ the King Parish; was an avid candle pin bowler and enjoyed shopping.
Her funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, December 19th at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 1052 Pleasant Street. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Please meet at church. There are no calling hours. O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family with arrangements.
