Lois Wilgoren (89) of Brockton died December 10th at home under hospice care surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Paul Wilgoren.
She was born in Chelsea, daughter of the late Israel Lempert and Rebecca (Wisebaum) Lempert. Lois was a self-employed professional fundraiser and a member of the Temple Beth Emunah in Stoughton. She was the co-founder and president of Brookfield Little League, writer of poetry, and very active in city politics.
Lois is survived by 3 daughters, Ilene Wilgoren-Deane and husband Glenroy of Brockton, Sheryll Collins and husband Stephen of Clinton and Sharon Carloni and husband Vernon of Norfolk, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Services in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Thursday December 14th at 12 noon. Burial to follow in Sharon Memorial Park, 120 Canton Street Sharon.

Lois's family will be sitting shiva at 51 Darby rd Brockton, MA 02302 on Thursday after the services and on Friday from 11am-4pm.
