Norman Sirois Sr, 87, passed away peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday, December 7, 2023. . He was born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada and immigrated to this country when he was only 22 years old. Having served in the Canadian military - he spent 3 years in Germany gaining training for the military and spoke highly of his memories and time. Norman is survived by his loving wife, Donna Sirois, of Taunton, his son Norman Sirois Jr. ,his wife Laurie Sirois, of Dighton, and his two daughters Mary Harraden, her boyfriend Zack Foley, of Taunton, and Lillian Sirois, her boyfriend Stephen Dang, of Fall River. He leaves behind his grandsons Justin Sirois, Trevor Sirois, Landon Foley , and Greyson Foley as well as his great grandson Jaxon Sirois. Norman was a heavy equipment operator for many years before retiring. He loved listening to country music, fixing his truck, watching YouTube videos , spending time with Lillys Dog Lola and spending time with his family. He is also survived by his brother Gerald Sirois and his sister Anna Sirois. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home in Taunton on Monday December 18th from 5-7 pm.
