Lucy A. Boulter, 82, of Hampton, NH, died Sunday, November 26, 2023, in her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on September 16, 1941, in Nashua, NH, a daughter of Charles and Geraldine (Langlois) Cournoyer. She made our house a home. She loved animals, the ocean, gardening, cooking, shopping, and socializing with family and her friends who were like family.
Along with her husband, she owned and operated Tri-State Mechanical for 30 years before retiring. She enjoyed her time as a volunteer serving meals at the local Soup Kitchen through her church, Our Lady of Miraculous Medal.
Lucy is missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 62 years, Robert Boulter; her beloved dog, Skipper, and cat, Willow, three daughters and their husbands, Amy and Edward Koester, Laurie and Anthony Pecce, and Lisa and David Cox; her sister, Jill Pinard, her grandchildren, Hailey and Hannah Pecce and step-grandchildren, Jessica Schenian, Andrew Cox, and Cody and Jake Koester, as well as her nieces, a nephew, many extended family members and dear friends.
Following cremation, a graveside ceremony will be held in the spring in Glenwood Cemetery, Londonderry, NH. Memorial donations in Lucy’s memory can be made to the Stratham NHSPCA as well as Cornerstone VNA, Rochester, NH.
