Andrew “Andy” Noonan, 71, of Spring Grove Road, Chepachet, died Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at his home. He was the loving husband of Linda M. (Hendricks) Noonan for 28 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Raymond and Margaret (Christianson) Noonan. He had lived in Chepachet for 12 years and had previously lived in North Providence.
He had been a Firefighter for the Town of North Providence for 30+ years before retiring. He came out of retirement to be an EMT for the Harmony Fire Department, before retiring again for good to enjoy time with his wife, fishing, and being a member of the Manville Rod and Gun Club.
Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Amanda Noonan, his stepchildren: Andrew Liles and Heather Aalbers, his sister: Linda Gomes, his brothers: Kenny Noonan and Kevin Noonan, his grandson: James Liles, and his godson: Andrew Brackett.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 6th at Noon in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be private.
