Muriel E. (Collins) Bibeau, 94, of Westport, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at St. Anne's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Edmie P. Bibeau, Jr.
Mrs. Bibeau was born in Dartmouth, daughter of the late Ephraim L. and Louise M. (Potter) Collins and had been a longtime resident of Westport. She was an avid gardener and she loved nature, especially being outside watching the hummingbirds enjoy her garden. She enjoyed art and painting.
Survivors include her daughter: Lisa J. Bibeau-Chace and her husband Paul of Westport; her brother: Robert Collins of Westport; her granddaughter: Larissa Chace; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Bradford R. Bibeau and sister of the late Shirley E. Lees and Thelma P. Candeias.
Graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport at 11:00 A.M.
