Joseph P. Herring, 50 of Lowell, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023.
Joseph was the son of Joseph N’Kunta (Lillian) of Cape Cod and the late Patricia Ann Herring Donald and his step father, the late Kenneth Donald of North Carolina.
Joseph is survived by his three sons, Justin (Alexis) Herring of North Carolina, Joseph Michelin of Lowell, and Daniel (Laura) Orneas of Ecuador; three grandchildren, Riley, Joseph (JJ), and Khaleesi.
Joseph is also survived by his God Son, Aaron Goodwin, and his long time love, Tracy Leonardo all of Lowell; his three life long friends, Kristie Lemire, Joseph Torigian, and Scott Goodwin.
He leaves his treasured aunt, April Van Rader and a very special cousin, Tonja Vinegar; his surviving siblings, Ramona Herring, Yvonne Rivers, Carolyn Wilson, Audrey Summers, Donnell Bishop, Troy Bishop, Jon Bishop, Terrell Bishop, Tyrek Nazyat, James Tobey and Tyrone Marc Daniel; his brothers and sisters, preceding him in death, Robin Van Rader-Adam’s, Najma Nazyat, Joseph Michael Van Rader- Adam’s and Glen Tobey; also two nephews, Quinten and Trindell. He is survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
On Sunday, December 3, 2023 all are welcome to attend his calling hours from 4-7 p.m. with his funeral service at 7 p.m. at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell 978-458-6816.
