It is with a very heavy heart we announce the passing of Michael C. Woods on November 20, 2023 after a short illness.
Michael was born in Southbridge Massachusetts, where he spent his younger years before moving to Melbourne, Florida in his later teens with his family.
During his many years in Florida his occupation was a construction worker for Disney and Epcot. He was also an avid nascar fan, Celtics and Patriot fan. He returned to Massachusetts in his older years to the Palmer area to be closer to family.
He is predeceased by his mother Barbara (Charles) Reilly, Father Dwight Woods and brother John Clayton. Michael is survived by his daughter Sarah Perpetua and her fiancé Adam Leite, 3 grandchildren, Alexander , Cody and Michael Perpetua all of New Bedford, Massachusetts. His longtime companion- Kimberly Dangleis of Ware, Massachusetts. His sisters Nina (Marc) Kolkansky ,Debbie (Bill) Schnatz and Jane Koagel (Joe Morrisseau) of Melbourne, Florida and his brother David (Betsy) Woods of Palm Bay, Florida .As well as many nieces and nephews.
