Thomas Lee Bent, 62, of Rehoboth, formerly of Wrentham died November 23 in Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston following a long illness. He was the husband of Robin (Woyton) Bent for the past 38 years.
Born in Norwood, March 16, 1961, the son of Floyd and Sylvia (Sulonen) Bent of Franklin, Tom was raised in Wrentham and had lived in Rehoboth for the past 30 years.
Tom had been a machinist at the Valentine Tool Company in Norton.
Tom enjoyed his motorcycle, antique cars and going to auctions.
In addition to his wife and parents, Tom is survived by his children, John Bent of Rehoboth, Michael Bent of Franklin, Gregory Bent of Killingly, Connecticut and Mary Bent of Rehoboth.
He is also survived by his sister Beverly Marino and her husband Joseph of Plainville and his brother-in-law Robert Woyton and his wife Cindy of Attleboro.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 30 in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Oak Knoll Cemetery, Rehoboth.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
