Lila Estelle Owens Perrault, 81, of Tifton passed away Monday, January 10, 2005, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A graveside funeral service was held for Mrs. Perrault at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2005, at Forest Lawn Gardens Cemetery in Lake City, Florida, where she was laid to rest. The Rev. Ronnie Howell officiated.
Born January 5, 1924, in Wilcox County, Mrs. Perrault was the daughter of the late Joseph Owens and Claudie Herndon Owens Colemand. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Perrault; and one sister, Ruby Nell Patterson. She was a homemaker; and she was of the Baptist faith. She lived in Lake City, Florida for 34 years prior to moving to Tifton, where she was living at the time of her death.
Mrs. Perrault is survived by one son, Theodore Perrault of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Rick Godwin of Spartanburg, South Carolina; one brother, Mardie C. Owens of Tallahassee, Florida; four grandchildren, Wesley Godwin, Amy Godwin, Dany Perrault and Patricia Perrault; and several nieces and nephews.
