Alice Henderson Bostic, 78, of Pine Mountain, Georgia, died Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Well Star Hospice in LaGrange, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Friday, November 17, 2023, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, Georgia, with the Rev. Brandon Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Stubbs Cemetery, in Abbeville, Georgia. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from, 6 PM until 8 PM, at the funeral home, in Fitzgerald.
Ms. Bostic was born April 10, 1945, in Abbeville, Georgia, to the late John Henry & Hazel Hollingsworth Henderson. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She loved cooking, crocheting and listening to gospel music. Ms. Bostic was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children: Dorinda Henderson of Manchester, David Anthony “Tony” Bostic & Gale of Rochelle and Joseph Bostic of Abbeville; grandchildren: Allison Chambers & Seth, Alex Williams & Shay, Trevor Hall & Taylor, Brandon Hall & Keelee, River Bostic, Osjha Bostic, Juliana Bostic, Breeleigh Bostic, Samuel Bostic and Evie Bostic; great-grandchildren: Symphony Harry, Kaisley Chambers, Serinity Harry, Harper Rose Chambers, Gage Foster, and Tatum Hall; siblings: Charles Henderson of Abbeville and Mary & John Rhodes of Abbeville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jayce Bostic; and two brothers: Edwin Henderson and Joe Henderson.
