Gwen was a long-standing pillar of the community. A person of high quality and value for her family and friends or anyone she came in contact with. A smile that would light up the room. She was a person with so many talents (gifted), some may say. She would always tell us, “Do unto others as they do unto you”. She loved telling or talking about her garden and her days playing with the “Tomboys”.
Mrs. Mike is survived by her husband, Samuel Alfred Mike, Sr., of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, Adrian and Carissa Turner of Billings, Montana; two daughters and one son-in-law, Jozlyn and Joseph Adams of Dumfries, Virginia and Shalonda Turner of Savannah; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Carlton Brown of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Josh and Mary Chaney of Lake Wales, Florida and Stacy Chaney Aillia of Charlotte, North Carolina; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Brenda Ates of Warner Robins, Lanette and Herbert Morrow of Tifton and Pamela Cromer of Lee, Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Ryleque Terrell, Deteriyon Tiller, Eden Mervin, Jaiden Turner, Ellis Mervin, Ezekiel Mervin, Jadore Daniel, Khloe Turner, Melvin Brown and Aria Adams.
