Carmine C. “Chuckie” Ferrante, Jr., of Everett, formerly of Medford, passed away on Thursday, November 9th. He was 55. Born and raised in Medford, he was the son of the late Carmine C. and Marie (Galante) Ferrante.
Chuckie was a fun loving, outgoing, caring man who loved to have a good time; he was always the life of the party. A natural people person Chuckie talked to everyone and anyone. He enjoyed playing golf and watching all the Boston sports teams’ games. Throughout the years Chuckie was employed for his family tile company and later became a member of the Massachusetts Tiling Union. Chuckie’s biggest passion was being a father. He loved his son Jayden dearly. Jayden was his pride and joy, he was his world.
Chuckie was the devoted father of Jayden J. Ferrante. He was the brother of Janice Valente and her husband Dennis, of Cotuit, Mark Ferrante of Stoneham, Judy Bando and her husband Chuck of York, Maine, and the late Joseph Ferrante and his surviving wife Ellen of Beverly. He was the caring cousin of Nancy Scarfo and her husband Remo of Medford. Chuckie is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
Visiting hours have been respectfully omitted. A memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford at 11:30 AM on Thursday, November 30th. Those who knew and loved Chuckie are welcome to attend.
