Gloria E. (Mottola) Budd, age 101, passed away on Oct. 28, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born on November 5, 1921 in New York City, NY, daughter of the late Antonio and Francisca (Pirra) Mottola. Gloria is predeceased by her husband Ernest E. Budd, who passed away in 2008. She is survived by her two daughters, Constance Filley and her husband Richard of Westfield and Monica Fontaine and her husband Ronald of Belchertown along with two beloved grandchildren, Lisa Collins and Rick Filley and three great grandchildren. Gloria was a member of the USO which is where she met her beloved husband Ernest. She enjoyed gardening, painting and cooking. She was a freehand artist who had her artwork displayed on the walls of Mercy Hospital for many years. A private service will be held at the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
