John “Jack” S. Tamulevich, 80, of Marshfield, passed away on November 6, 2023.
Jack, the eldest of eight children, was born on February 17, 1943 in Whitman and later attended Brockton schools. Jack served his country as a paratrooper in the Airborne Division of the United States Army and served two tours in Vietnam. On April 3, 1966 Jack married Lorraine Cheverie, and they went on to have 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Jack worked construction his entire life, owning his own business, then working for Goddard Memorial Hospital. Jack had a competitive nature and enjoyed softball, fishing, hunting, darts and socializing with friends. Jack will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 18 at 10:30, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield MA 02050, followed by a gathering at the Marshfield Elks, 1321 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA 02050.
