Paul Armand Levasseur, Sr., 68, of Salem, NH, passed away Friday November 10, 2023, surrounded by his loving family at his home. He was born on July 18, 1955 in Lawrence, MA, a son of the late Alphonse and Lillian (Frechette) Levasseur, and had been a resident of Salem, NH for the past 3 years, formerly living in Danville, NH. Paul loved visiting the beach, fishing, and very much enjoyed spending as much time as possible with both family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Darlene C. (Poirier) Levasseur, one son, Paul A. Levasseur, Jr., two daughters, Chrystal Salvo and Dawn Salvo, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one brother, George Levasseur, three sisters, Rose Bellemore, Susan Burdin, and Louise McCormick, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Following cremation, memorial calling hours will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 5 – 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by the family on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 26 Crystal Avenue, Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to Darlene Levasseur to help defray expenses.
