Worcester: Deborah A. (Simpson) Sjostedt, 68, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2023 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus following a short illness. She leaves her son Aaron Sjostedt and his fiancé Ashley Luccarelli; a grandson Reese Sjostedt; siblings Inger Peloquin of Northbridge, Wendy Fors of Holden, Donna Leblanc of Leicester, and Donald Fors of Holden; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jeffrey J. Sjostedt and by siblings David Simpson, Peter Simpson, Eric Fors, and Doreen Norwood.
Deborah was born in Worcester, daughter of the late David Simpson and Ann (Croteau) Simpson- Fors. She graduated from Wachusett Regional High School and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Assumption College. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Family Services for many years. She enjoyed fashion, doing crafts, cooking, gardening, makeup and going to the ocean. The thing she enjoyed most of all was spending time with her family, especially her grandson.
