BELMONT ---- John “Jack” Dominic Acorace, 83, of Diane Drive, died on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
Jack was born on May 28, 1940, in Manchester, NH, the son of Dominic and Anna (Calabro) Acorace.
Jack enjoyed spending time at the casino although cutting hair and getting to know the person whose hair he was cutting was his true passion. He also enjoyed traveling, camping, swimming and being surrounded by family, friends and of course, great food. Jack always loved to tease people and show his sense of humor. He loved thrill rides, roller coasters and the stratosphere.
He is survived by his wife Linda Acorace; son Kevin Acorace; stepsons, David Virgin and Timothy Virgin; daughters, Nancy Pappas and her husband Cliff, and Cynthia Acorace; stepdaughters, Heidi Holt, and Cathleen Durette; grandchildren, Matthew Acorace, Kai Pappas, Joshua Pappas, Zachary Holt, Nicholas Holt, Sierra Holt, Christine Bailey, Gabrielle Virgin, Carlina Virgin, Lillian LaPierre, Lindsey LaPierre, and Lawson LaPierre. He also leaves behind his two beloved and trusted companions Ducky and Sophie. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Joseph Acorace, son, Kenneth Acorace, daughter-in-law, Joan (LaBarbera) Acorace, and stepsons, Daniel Virgin and William Virgin III.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the VFW Post 1670, 143 Court Street, Laconia, NH.
Burial will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Manchester, NH.
