Roger Dale King 42, of Tifton passed away Sunday, May 15, 2005, at his residence. A graveside service was held for Mr. King at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at Lawrence Cemetery, where he was laid to rest. Teh Rev. T. Manuel Johnson officiated.
Born October 24, 1962, in Tift County, Mr. King was the son of Alice Elaine Mullis Gardner of Tifton and the late George King. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Dorsey George King. He was a member of Tifton's First Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to his mother, Mr. King is survived by one nephew, Elijah King.
