On Nov. 2, 2023, Algernon ‘Gino” Green went home to be with the Lord. Algernon was born on June 29, 1960, in Newport News, Va., to Alonzo Cook and Geraldine Williams. He was preceded in death by his wife, Stephanie Green, son Joshua Algernon Green, his father Alonzo Cook and loving grandparents Mildred and William H. Green. After graduating from Menchville High School, he served in the U.S.Army for four years.
Left to cherish his memories are his children Charmonie Green, Diamond and Ethan, his partner Jennifer Coles, his mother Geraldine Williams, three sister Sharon Green Seay (Terence), Lafre Cook, Gail Williams, two brothers William A. Green, Delaney Williams (Brenda) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on 11/15/2023 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, MA. 02532
