Maurey Pardo, 69

Maurey Pardo, age 69, of Plainville, formerly of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully at home on Friday, November 3, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Lizabeth S. (Dymit) Pardo, who died on January 22, 2018.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 13, 1954, he was a loving son of the late Alpert and Elaine Pardo.

Maurey grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania and was a graduate of Central High School in Scranton. He continued his studies, attending Keystone Junior College.

Prior to retiring, Mr. Pardo was employed for fifteen years as a Delivery Driver for Hilco, the Hilsinger Corporation in Plainville and formerly worked at Marine Optical in Easton.

Maurey loved spending time with his adoring family, who loved him dearly. He enjoyed listening to music and was an avid New England sports fan, the Boston Bruins being his favorite team to cheer on. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him and will always be remembered for his remarkable sense of humor.

He is survived by his devoted sons: Nicholas A. Pardo and his wife Sophia of Bellingham and Alexander R. Pardo and his wife Marissa of Mansfield. He was the cherished grandfather of Alaina L. Pardo. He was the much-loved son-in-law of Jackie Dymit of Jordon, Minnesota and is also survived by all the members of the Dymit and Lee Family’s.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours in celebration of his life on Saturday, December 2nd from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield. Burial will be private.
