Loving Mother to six children – Kate Thiboutot, Karen O’Donnell (deceased), Kim Lipkin and husband Paul, Jack O’Donnell and wife Raylee, Joe O’Donnell and Judy O’Donnell.
Predeceased by father, John E. O’Neil, mother, Katheryn (Kitty) Sullivan and siblings, Jack, Tom and Judy.
Beloved Nana to 12 grandchildren- Ryan, Tyler, Kelly, Karen, Mary, John, Aidan, Joey, Kai, Molly, Mariah, Miles and 1 great-granddaughter, Caroline.
Maura attended Newton Country Day School and Marymount College, and was a Real Estate Broker in her professional life. She was a grateful and beloved member of AA for 41 years and loved and supported all unconditionally.
Maura’s extraordinary ability to connect with people will live on through her children, grandchildren and great grandchild who obviously inherited her beautiful way of being in the world.
She will be missed by family and countless friends.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 477 Washington St. Wellesley on Tuesday, November 7th from 4-7pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Wednesday, November 8th at 9am, followed by a Funeral Mass at Corpus Christi - St. Bernard Parish located at 1523 Washington St, West Newton at 10am. Interment Edgell Grove Cemetery, 53 Grove St. Framingham. If you would like honor Maura with a donation, the 24 Hour Club of Naples at 1509 Pine Road, Naples, FL 34109 was her favorite charity.
