Malvin Silva, age 42, passed away on November 1, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born on December 9, 1980 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. He worked as an auto detailer for Balise Automotive Group. He is survived by his wife Karen (Torres) Silva of Chicopee; his father, Edwin Silva-Moctezuma of Chicopee; his mother, Tomasa Davila of Chicopee; three sons, Malvin Silva of Wisconsin, Xavier Silva of Pennsylvania and Gabriel Silva of Chicopee; one daughter, Jaylean Silva of Chicopee; two brothers, Edwin Silva of Westfield and Lubriel Rivera and his wife Amanda of Chicopee; two sisters Michelle DaVila of Puerto Rico and Ivelisse Lyons and her husband Terence of Chicopee along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
