Betty June Dinius, 80, passed away on October 28, 2023, in Ventura, California. Betty was born in Greybull, Wyoming on May 15, 1943. In her earlier years, Betty lived in Sunnyvale, CA with her family, where she attended cosmetology school to pursue her career as a hairdresser.
Betty worked as a hairdresser for over 30 years. She established her own business in Carpinteria and served clients there for many years. Later, she moved to Ventura continuing her career as a hairdresser at The Lexington Assisted Living, until she retired in 2012. Betty enjoyed listening to country music, dancing, fishing, and playing bingo. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Betty will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Rene (Eddie) Molina, grandchildren Tony and Tracy, brother Ben Gayski and sisters Anita Gayski and Kathy Cleveland.
A private service will be held with close family members. Arrangements are under the direction of the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, Ventura.
