WORCESTER_ Michael Morin, 65 of Worcester, passed away after a period of declining health on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, in UMass Memorial -University Campus. He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, Mary (Rudzinski) Morin. He leaves two sons, Joseph Morin and Andrew Morin, both of Worcester; siblings John and Matthew Morin and Mary McGovern; nieces and nephews. He was born in Marlborough a son of John and Louise (Murphy) Morin.
Mr. Morin was educated in Marlborough and worked as a foreman for Ewing Construction and previously Govoni Construction prior to retiring. He served in the US Marine Corp after high school. He was a huge sports fan of all kind. The alternative coach to his two boys, he was at every game they played in. A lover of all kinds of music, his house was never silent.
A calling hour will be held in HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 am followed by a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Why Me? Sherry’s Place, 1152 Pleasant St. Worcester, MA 01602.
