SOUTHBRIDGE – Pauline M. (Lamothe) Lamothe, 90, died Monday, October 30, 2023 in UMass/Memorial University Campus, Worcester after an illness. Her Husband of 46 years, Merrill J. Lamothe, died in 2014.
She leaves 2 sons, Merrill H. “Junior” Lamothe and his wife Deborah of Dudley, and Roger H. Leblanc and his wife Diana of Salt Springs, FL.
She was born on April 28, 1933 in Southbridge, the daughter of Rose Alma Lamothe and lived here most of her life.
Pauline first worked at the former Rom’s Restaurant in Sturbridge. She then was employed as a clerk in the produce and meat departments at the former Lippe’s Market. She retired as a packager for Russell Harrington Company.
She was a member of Saint Stephen’s Church in Quinebaug. She enjoyed cooking and house cleaning.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, November 3, at 1:00 PM in Saint Stephen’s Church, corner of Routes 131 & 197, Quinebaug, CT (please meet at the church). Burial will be in Saint George’s Cemetery, Southbridge. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
